등록원서 내려받기 E-Mail로 등록하시는 분은 PDF를 제외한 아래의 파일 형식 중 하나를 내려받아 컴퓨터로 내용을 작성하신 후, 첨부 파일로 보내 주십시오. 보내실 주소는 apply@labri.kr입니다. 우편으로 등록하시는 분은 가급적 PDF 파일을 인쇄하여 작성한 후 보내 주시면 감사하겠습니다. 그러나 PDF 파일을 사용하기가 곤란한 경우에는 다른 형식의 원서를 사용하셔도 무방합니다.

Application Form If you are registering by E-mail, please download one of the following formats except PDF. Please complete the form on your computer and send it as an attachment to apply@labri.kr. If you are registering by postal mail, we recommend that you print and complete the PDF application. However, if you cannot access the PDF file, you may use other file formats.
